For concrete contractors

Get on the map.
Skip the lease.

You pour driveways, not office floors. Google shouldn't need a lease to list you.

Google won't list you without a physical address — and an office can run $1,500–$4,000 a month. We build your Google Business Profile, website and local phone number without the rent.

  • ✓ $1,495 flat — once
  • ✓ Paid on completion
  • ✓ No office. No retainer.

01 — The catch-22

Google wants an address.
You don't need an office.

As a concrete contractor, you work at your customers' properties. The problem is that Google still needs a physical business address before it will verify and show the profile — so without one, you're invisible on Maps.

The point isn't to rent something cheaper. It's to build the local presence you actually need without an office becoming the product.

02 — Why Google Maps

Your website
isn't the first
thing they see.
Maps is.

When someone nearby searches “concrete contractor near me,” Google often shows a map with a handful of local businesses above the regular results. Customers can call, get directions and read reviews right there — so your profile needs to look like a real, established business, because that's where the decision often starts.

04 — Real results

The map
is the proof.

We show actual local search scans and Google Business Profile data rather than generic dashboards: what Google is really showing around each business, as the reports came out — including the parts that aren't perfect.

How to read a scan

Local Falcon searches Google Maps from a grid of points spread across a service area. Each pin shows where the business ranked from that spot — 1 is the top result.

SoLV
Share of Local Voice is the percentage of data points where the business ranks in the top three positions.
ARP
Average Rank Position across data points where the business is found in the top 20 results.
ATRP
Average Total Rank Position across all data points searched.

08 — FAQ

Questions,
answered.

No marketing jargon. Just the things you need to know before starting.

Do I really not need an office?

Correct. Most owner-operators work on-site at their customers' homes and businesses. We handle the physical-address requirement that normally blocks you from getting a profile, so you don't have to sign a lease.

What does “paid on completion” mean?

You put down a small deposit to get started. The balance of the $1,495 is due only once your Google Business Profile is live and verified and we've handed it over to you.

How long does it take?

It depends mostly on Google's verification step. We keep you posted the whole way and do all the back-and-forth for you.

Do you write fake reviews?

Never. Fake reviews get profiles suspended. We give you the link, the message templates and a simple routine to collect real reviews from your own customers — the kind that last.

Are there monthly fees?

We don't charge a retainer. The $1,495 is one-time. You own your profile, website domain and phone number when we hand them over.

I already have a profile but it's suspended or unverified.

Tell us on the call. We'll look at your situation and let you know honestly whether we can help.

What kinds of businesses do you work with?

Service businesses that go to the customer, including fencing, turf, concrete, painting, landscaping, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, cleaning, auto glass and other mobile or local service businesses.

Not your trade?

Built for businesses that go to the customer.

Owner-operated service businesses don't need a storefront to look established online. The system is built around how the business actually operates — at homes, yards, driveways and job sites.
